Do you accept new patients?

Absolutely. Westchester Gentle Dentistry is always welcoming new patients from Port Chester, Rye Brook, White Plains, Greenwich, and surrounding communities.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking is simple and convenient.

You can call or text us directly at (914) 289-0672, or request an appointment online through the “Book Online” section of our website. Our team will confirm your visit and make the process seamless.

If you’re experiencing discomfort or need urgent care, we recommend calling us directly so we can prioritize you appropriately.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit is designed to be comprehensive, comfortable, and informative.

We begin with digital X-rays and advanced imaging as needed, followed by a thorough oral exam, periodontal (gum) evaluation, and TMJ/bite assessment. We’ll review your medical history, discuss any concerns or goals you have, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Most importantly, we take time to answer your questions. Our goal is for you to leave feeling clear, confident, and fully informed about your oral health.

Do I need to fill out forms before my appointment?

Yes. To make your visit more efficient, we recommend completing your patient forms prior to arrival.

You can complete them in advance or complete them in the office if needed. Our team is always happy to assist if you have any questions.

Why is there a $75 deposit for new patient appointments?

To reserve your first visit, we require a $75 refundable deposit.

Because new patient appointments are comprehensive and time-intensive, the deposit ensures we can dedicate uninterrupted time to your care. The full amount is applied toward your treatment — including our $99 New Patient Special — or fully refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

This policy allows us to respect both our patients’ time and our clinical schedule.

Does your $99 New Patient Special include a cleaning?

The $99 New Patient Special includes a comprehensive exam, full-mouth digital X-rays, periodontal evaluation, TMJ and bite assessment, and a personalized consultation with a custom treatment plan.

It does not include a routine cleaning, as the initial visit is focused on diagnostics and creating a precise understanding of your oral health needs.

If you are a private patient without insurance, our WGD Smile Club includes two routine cleanings per year, along with additional benefits.

Do you treat dental emergencies?

Yes — we provide same-day emergency appointments whenever possible.

Whether you’re dealing with severe tooth pain, a broken tooth, swelling, or a lost filling or crown, our team will act quickly to relieve discomfort and address the underlying issue.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We primarily operate by scheduled appointments to ensure every patient receives dedicated, uninterrupted care.

However, if you are experiencing a dental emergency, we encourage you to call us right away. We will always do our best to accommodate urgent needs as quickly as possible.

Do you offer Invisalign?

Yes — Invisalign is one of our most popular treatments.

We are proud to be a Diamond Invisalign Provider, placing us among the top Invisalign providers nationwide. Our all-inclusive Invisalign treatment is $3,579 and includes a complimentary consultation and whitening kit with treatment.

Can I get dental implants at your office?

Yes — we handle dental implants entirely under one roof.

What's LANAP, and how does it help with gum disease?

LANAP (Laser-Assisted New Attachment Procedure) is an advanced, FDA-cleared laser treatment for moderate to severe gum disease.

That’s completely okay — many of our patients do not carry traditional dental insurance.

For $450 per year, the WGD Smile Club includes:

• Two professional cleanings
